Oh how I wish that "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close" could have been on this list. In a just world, it would be- but the Oscar voters fell for it hook, line, and sinker by putting it on the Best Picture nominees.

An awful year for commercials
Some of the commercials were good (Google's and the Betty White Snickers commercial were top of the heap) but this was probably the worst year for commercials that I've seen. You raise a good point about the misogyny factor- and you didn't even go over the GoDaddy.com commercials.
