I hear ya, though are you finding as I am that Davos seems to be almost the comic relief to Stannis?

If tonight's any indicator, this show could be a nice way to cool down after a particularly "holy shit" episode of Game of Thrones.

I'm really looking forward to this show - the review's spot on, though naturally I'm going to like a piece of writing that essentially compliments me for watching a TV show. Here's to many more episodes and reviews!

No - don't give it that honor. The beetles will feed on its eyes. The worms will crawl through its lungs. The rain will fall on its rotting skin until nothing is left of it but bones!

In a sick, self-loathing, masochistic kind of way, I really wanted to see this film.

I guess this means the movie won't feature any bullying, because apparently that shit bumps this thing up to an 'R'

Sometimes the impressions got a little cringe-worthy, as did the Bushisms that were sprinkled in with different contexts for no apparent reason.

I counted at least 7 lens flares in a 2 1/2 minute trailer. And I thought we were done with those after Star Trek.

Ha you can't bronze Neil deGrasse Tyson in gold. Fire cannot kill a dragon!

The Keith Olbermann of comedy?

That is one long tweet.

Read somewhere early on during S2 production that they were careful to budget other parts of the production so that they could redirect some cash to making Blackwater effective. Basically it looks like it's either realistic-looking burning ships or realistic-looking dragon being put into a cage (kinda cringed there).

While he's not my favorite, he seems like the character who can most relate to a normal person in the books, while still being able to serve as a fly on the wall in front of important company. He's lost kids, almost died a few times, maimed, frustrated with the leadership, and has seen shit that'll turn you white.

Seriously. At least Splinter had the (Teenage Mutant) Ninja Turtles to rescue him.

So I guess this means Kenan will have to continue to be every black man and every black woman on the show (because we all know Jay Pharoah's not getting anything). Great job SNL.

Lawrence O'Donnell is embarrassing to watch. He convinces himself that people are terrified of him, and if they don't respond to him or answer every question he has, then somehow that means they're acknowledging Lawrence's power and influence. I watched one segment in which he trashes Donald Trump this way, and while

Let's give another hand to Joel Kinnaman for his expert thoughts on neuroscience and human intelligence. Our next presenter will be Rick Perry to talk to us about women's reproductive health. Let's give a warm welcome; doctor, the floor is yours.

Community fan that I am, the fact that Community was NBC's ratings winner last night does not say much for NBC.

I liked the "Soup" reference, and it almost seemed apropos for Community to give a shout out McHale's other show; at least I think it was a shout out, given how much the Seacrest jokes from the 2 shows resemble each other. I admire how strongly Joel and the cast mates have been openly pulling for Community on The Soup
