I'm a Flash fan, the mixed reception on Supergirl put me off it early this year but I'll give it a taste now.

The OB one actually does do some behind the scenes stuff, they toured the set for the army base and showed how Tatiana and the stunt double did Helena's climbing/jumping along the walls when she escaped.
