Whoever the shooter was it's because Delphine prevented the Neolutionists from getting the original DNA and told Sarah they were pulling the strings. As far as we know Scott is their science-ally. You might be half-right, I was just going by what the guy actors said on Canada's Aftershow yesterday. They enjoyed finally doing a scene together but by the end of the 2nd full day of the dinner they just wanted to burst out laughing because the technical stuff made them so tense.
