Well, if Shay is military she must have some level of combat training but she is rather small while Dark Delphine has two large men, plus 3 on 1 isn't exactly fair. And if Shay is the mole she is trying to help Rudy and Coady at the good chance Cosima will die so you can see why Delphine is going there.
