They are both bald. The guy with hair around his ears at 0:17 (not glasses, the other one) I think is the same guy that interrogated Sarah and was going to remove one of her ovaries from last finale.

Nope. Nothing of filming leaks out either so that's good in a way. A few weeks ago they did real brief teasers (like half a minute) for Sarah, Alison, Cosima, Helena, the theme was "I Am Not Your…" And a scene from the first episode, "Calling All Clones". Check BBCA's YouTube channel. I know some things from casting…
Maybe. She must have dyed her hair (or they got the actress a wig) so it's hard to tell. It's a tad creepy since she looks younger then Mark but she grew up in a cult and we don't know how old exactly Gracie is supposed to be anyway.
Wouldn't count on it, if only because S3 is confirmed to start the same day as S2 ended with Sarah learning about Castor.
Vic sort of liked her too. Alison attracts a type doesn't she? Maybe all drug dealers really want is homemade gifts from the heart and garage sex.
Ramon the Friendly Neighborhood Drugs and Guns Dealer needs to come back.
Yes, but it's technically a suburb of Toronto since amalgamation back in the 90's. Unless you live in the area you'd probably assume it's just a made-up name. They avoid things that outright say where they are like big name cities or a Province/State. But stuff like the licenses are ways to sneak it in. Alison's…
True, once it exploded in popularity it would expand and all shows have to evolve at some point. We just have to worry if the higher ups try and extend it beyond that.
I want Alison and Helena to get drunk at a karaoke bar and Donnie has to drive them home. On the way, Alison can give Helena tips on how to make crafts for Kira and Helena can give Alison advice on how to effectively "fix problems" while Donnie nervously listens from the front seat.
She's Beauty,
She's Grace,
She'll Torture You in her Craft Room
And Mace You in the Face!
Apparently the writers have said they have a 5 year plan. What we as fans have to worry about is if the network tries to milk it and therefore harm the quality of the show.
Most shows that don't start on the CBC have some level of international funding. Putting it in the international category seems rather dumb as it's filmed here, has mostly Canadian actors and crew and the plot is heavily implied (not outright said because of executive rules) to be in Toronto.
It is under-appreciated in the US awards and ironically some are tired of it sweeping the Canadian awards and it's only been two years!
At 9:00? Weird I heard before it was going to be 10:00, wait and see I guess. My takeaways:
Well, we are slowly building up a better reputation. And our versions of reality shows like Big Brother Canada and The Amazing Race Canada are catching the attention of some of the American fans/former contestants. Apparently one of the US judges from Masterchef is in one episode for Masterchef Canada, so it got…
Yeah, also as I said in yesterday's WoT a lot of CanCon has some level of US funding so excluding it would be cutting ourselves off at the knees. Other then the opening scene mentioning New York, everything else like the licenses and mentioning Scarborough points to OB's main plot being in Toronto. The executives…
So, Orphan Black swept the awards again last night. Funny how the show is under-appreciated in the States but some here are tired of it consistently wining and it's only been two years. As a fan I am happy for it while also a little concerned the executives will want to keep the show on as long as possible, harming…
Made all the more ironic because several big US network shows film in places like Vancouver because it's cheaper. Even a made up locale like Sunnydale, California for Buffy did well enough to establish it without alienating anybody outside that State.
True, but the reason they aren't allowed to directly say it's in Toronto is because the execs won't let them, furthering the close-mindedness the US has to our shows. Other then the train announcer saying "New York" in the opening scene, everything else that hints at a place points to Toronto. The drivers licenses,…
For the most part you should be okay. S10 has two "first" books, the arcs in S9 and S10 are designed to run together. Where the River Meets the Sea picks up with Angel & Faith right after the Whistler incident in Hackney. New Rules is the Scoobies opening arc of S10. Faith cameos in the first bit of the Buffy book so…
