daveshayne - I don't know that that would have been an issue. Spielberg worked with the MPAA in creating that rating in the first place, and he seems to kinda get whatever he wants regardless.

For me, the suspense was the larger thing that sucked me in. But get this: some of that came FROM the gore! Fuck yeah!

His limited exposure in COPLAND was fine enough, but overall I can't really tolerate him as an actor.

I think it's a cool idea to package it all together and offer it up like this.

I think his older, gentler sensibilities kicked in or something. I don't see how changing it made any sort of statement or any real change - for the better or otherwise. I don't like these guys fucking with their classics like that though.

This is the thread where we complain about how SDCC has turned into something gross and lame.

Everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion… but Jesus, this show is so perfect. It hits on every level.

Yeah, I don't really read that column anymore. My tastes are little on the heavier side. He does a fine job serving the sorts of folks who are into that, so.. whatev. If I get a random review on shit like this once in awhile I'm happy.

It doesn't even look or 'feel' like a Sepultura cover… then again, Sepultura doesn't look or feel much like Sepultura. Pretty bad 90's era Photoshop action going on.

He enjoys the comedy, but the dude seriously is not open to talking to 'the fans'…

The remaster of Beneath The Remains from a few years ago sounds excellent, as if someone took the pillow off the speaker. A big step up from the original…
