Hell. I should have read that before I posted. It's Giordano art. Stupid unreliable friends!

Colan crushed black and white as a true master. Always beatiful stuff. Amazing he could still produce such fantastic work so late in the game. Many (most) can't.

I don't believe Shooter pissed on Gene Colan directly, though he certainly held his artists accountable for deadlines. And say whatever about him being a company man, he ran Marvel butthole tight in the 80's and went to war for his people many times.

Shitty. He was a real nice guy if you ever had the pleasure to meet him. A truly amazing artist.

hahaha @ "Materbucks"

I just died a little inside.

That's keepin' it real!

I have a version of "In His Hands" live that I always tack onto my Incesticide play list. I think the song was properly recorded as Verse Chorus Verse, but it's not as good as the live version.

Thanks Leo! The version on the bootleg is the one I could not recall, but yeah the bass and guitar drop out and it's the greatest fucking thing in the world.

I'll take a look around and see if I can find that disc.

Yeah, unfortunately that often crushes the low end. Maybe someone competent will do it.

Incesticide is all kinds of awesome.

…one could look at it as a celebration… for fans it's nice to have the extra content, and releasing it on an anniversary date seems appropriate to me.

Remastered?
I hope they don't remaster it. But I'm sure they will.

The No WTO Combo with Kim Thayil and Jello…

D-7 is awesome. Are there 2 different studio recordings of it? The one on my iPod doesn't seem like the one I have on some random burnt CD. That I can't find.

Fourthing the bullshit weather here. I grew up with it, moved away, came back, and I am just fuckin' over it. Maybe it's my age, space in life or whatever but the past couple years it has really started to get to me.

He's right. Mazzucchelli is fucking God.

I peaced out after about 30 issues. I worked on this book, and uh, it was quite clear editorial had no idea where it was going. It got bogged down - X-Files style - in it's own shit. Fun ride for awhile though. Rizzo's art is always gorgeous.
