I should have read this before commenting myself, but I completely agree.

I loved the airport guard's whole "Please ignore the beeping, flashing computer. The screen is frozen. I'm going to run away now. OK bye."
It was so refreshing that Felicity just told Oliver the truth instead of the show succumbing to its CW-ness and stringing it out for ten episodes or it getting interrupted by an important phone call or something.
The one thing I am most worried about from this episode is that Sara is getting Shado'd. She was saved this episode just so she can restart a relationship with Oliver just so he can feel even worse about her death.
"You stole my life!" - just about the most meta thing Laurel could scream at Sara
Finn got killed with the White Oak stake. I didn't watch the season where Kol died but I assume it was with the stake as well.
Esther was never an original vampire so she could be killed normally. Mikael was killed by this special White Oak stake that is the only thing on earth that can kill an original. I honestly don't remember what happened to it so it could show up at some point.
I wouldn't be so sure that Oliver isn't aware of Amanda Waller. I think that after finally getting rescued he would have been debriefed by at least one government agency, maybe ARGUS.
I could see it if they went more X-Files or Fringe in the styling. It would have to be all set on earth. With maybe an alien baddie of the week.
That Starling City news channel should be excited. Blood v. Queen: think about how many puns they could make!
Wait- isn't that what he said? I don't remember him even mentioning the prisoners.
I love Moira. She immediately starts scheming again.
Of the family, Walter is the best choice. Why doesn't he run?
I'm just going to assume Bronze Tiger escaped by climbing out of that big "V is for Vertigo" crack in the wall because Iron Heights Prison is so damn incompetent at this point they probably never bothered patching that up.
I liked the reference to intrigue in Markovia. It's nice that not every evil scheme of the week is part of Slade and Blood's "Make Oliver Sad" Plan that seems to have many many steps.
I've been wondering if and how they could add Green Lantern to the show. It would be difficult, but I definitely believe they could pull it off.
I'm expecting that she'll get more to do now that they're teasing the paternity reveal. The way she's written, Thea seems to have internalized her mother's role in the earthquake as anger towards Malcolm, so I'm guessing she's not going to take this news very well.
I was glad that it wasn't just about Oliver revealing his identity but that afterwards he talked it over with Felicity and Diggle and all of Team Arrow got on board. Roy just thought he was getting one superhero mentor. Now he gets three and an awesome clubhouse.
I wonder if they're not only going to bring back Michael, but Esther. The Harvest was supposed to power the resurrection of four witches. We saw three of them last week (Celeste had already been resurrected/never died). So does that mean there's one left? And given that they made a big deal about finally burying…
The main thing to know about Mikael and Esther's characters is that they really really really hate their kids. They believe vampires are monsters and have dedicated their lives to killing them. This gave Elijah and Rebekah lots of angst because it looked like they had a good relationship with their parents when they…
