I would like to see more horror films not bound by the constraints of Christian theology. It's the same problem I've had with certain Satanic Horror from the 70s. Drag Me to Hell?

Just curious if you've seen the other ending to 28 Days where Jim dies. The final shot is of doors closing the frame on the two females walking into a stale vanishing point. I agree, this should have been the ending.

If De Niro followed the code the whole film, they never would've hit the bank. I agree that De Niro is somehow more likable. But for the overall film it works.

I can't judge. I only watch 5 minute outtakes, so I'm usually missing some acts. Usually a sex act.

The kid's parents abandon him and he never gets them back = sentimental drama.

shamalamawesome - Kaboom!

Yes, but not everybody feels the same as ricin beans either, who posted resume too.

But isn't it a deconstruction of macho? And how that desire is rooted?

Proud to have never seen it. Ditto with Avatar.

Watch The Last Man On Earth with Vincent Price. It's not crap like this wannabe remake without balls.

I can think of several other recent Burton films that deserve dislike more than Sweeney Todd.

I don't know how many times I'll have to say it. NO to AI's ending. Not comparable to 2001.

I like a lot of the actors in Apatow movies. But Zach and Miri Make a Porno by Kevin Smith is a better Apatow movie than any Apatow movie.

Most late Spielberg is a failure. And yeah, he fucked AI. Kubrick may move tone in the end of some films, but he sure doesn't employ fairy tale frame narrations, that's all Spielberg- see War of the Worlds.

What's funny is how people mention the resolve from rage against the machine to being "normal" and going for the girl.

Ok, admittedly I'm new to the forums, and love many film reviews here.

I've always preferred pork to the body of Christ.
