Was House of Leaves really that scary? It seemed to me like the author was deliberately sucking the air out of the book's scares by surrounding the good parts (anything inside the house imo) with johnny fucking truant and all the sub-david foster wallace faux-academia.

good things about this episode:
no more anton! only five or six boring peripheral characters to go

did regenesis ever make it to the states? Outerbridge rocked the shit out of that show
