My favorite moment from last night was when I checked out the Iranian propaganda channel, Press TV, out of curiosity. The guy being interviewed talked about how the President of the United States is in thrall to "monied interests."

"A Perfect Candidate," a documentary about Oliver North's Senate run in 1994, is one of the best films I've ever seen about the political process. It starts off with Bob Dole grasping for words to respond to North getting the nomination, and just gets better from there.
