It's a classic, probably the best, but so was the middle of the Baker years. I rather liked the one during the Tennant seasons (much preferred over the current version, certainly).

It's a little unfair to the character that Uncle Tom has taken on it's current meaning of racial sellout. In the book, Tom stands between Legree and the other slaves, refuses to be bullied out of his religion by the white slave master who vows to beat the faith out of him, and he encourages others to escape.

Man, all these rules…

Well, he read the script so…

Ok, how sexy am I allowed to find that image?

Mr. Belafonte, you were fantastic the The Angel Levine.

Have you guys ever considered Lafayette/West Lafayette?
I couldn't believe when I came to Purdue that I couldn't grab a copy of The Onion/A.V. Club here. It's like they're living in the stone age. Bring your light to our dark land.

Part 2? So this ISN'T the last one of these?
It's the last book though, right?

Hey, show respect to James Kochalka; just like E.T.'s big finger, he glows.

I'd like to take this opportunity to question Adam Sessler's sexuality and imply that Morgan Webb is not a real gamer.

The story I heard was that he also wanted a tour of the Enterprise sets
and, as he wheeled past the warp core, he looked over at it and said,
"I'm working on that."

Well, I pride myself on my perfect recall through google.

Is that your Uncle Bruce on the right?
(And did you get KiTH tickets for free?)

Anyone else thinks the dude on the left looks like Tom Hanks in drag ala Bosom Buddies?

That was from the episode "Gone Quiet." I actually didn't mind that conversation (though I felt that they could have found REAL art pieces just as out there as the ones they mentioned that got NEA funding). It wasn't genuine in that all of the pieces of art they mentioned were fake, but I did like some of that speech

I see your point (particularly about Stewart), but I still differentiate between entertainment, which is primarily there to-ya know-entertain me, and art. I expect more from anything with artistic aspirations.

One of the first times I ever flipped the screen off while watching West Wing <br>"You think that I think that an artist's job is to speak the truth. An artist's job is to captivate you for however long as we've asked for your attention. If we stumble into truth, we got lucky, and I don't get to decide what truth is.

Would Doctor Who come in and save them or eat them?
