(I know I'll better understand references on Parks & Recreation — April's nickname is "Zuzu"? — and The Completely Mental Misadventures of Ed Grimley — "Every time a bell rings, an angel gets

Something's bugging me: Was this show really set in the 60's? Because I remember an episode where the girls try their hand at running an old food truck, then are put out of business by the same guys they bought it from (who return with a larger truck) — and, when one of the girls considers torching the truck for the

I'd say I've thought of it at least once a year for the past two decades, mostly because of Heather Langenkamp, who was on Just the Ten of Us with Heidi Zeigler, the youngest girl here. I must've gotten their names mixed up at some point — and honestly, I still kind of think of Heather Langenkamp as more of a Heidi

I wouldn't say I remember it fondly, exactly. I'd say I liked it more than Gimme a Break! but less than Out of This World.

I like Shop Around the Corner a lot (it's my Jimmy Stewart Christmas movie — I've somehow never seen It's a Wonderful Life), but I might never have discovered it if not for You've Got Mail. The only one I have no use for is In the Good Old Summertime.

I was tempted. But there's no room for snark, because I really do like the movie. And also, I don't type very fast.

I'm watching the movie now — Kathleen and Joe are about to meet for the first time in the bookstore, and Heather Burns is fluttering about.

A girl I saw a few times a few weeks ago looked at me like I was a racist when I said it was Dave Chappelle in the movie (we'd just walked by Café Lalo, where Ryan and Hanks' characters first plan to meet). She said it was Jamie Foxx. WHO'S THE RACIST NOW?

I'm not ashamed to say it: I was going through a pretty dark period a few years ago, and there were days when I basically just left You've Got Mail — and, somewhat less frequently, When Harry Met Sally — on the TV constantly, because I couldn't handle anything heavier. Those movies are pretty important to me.

Hell, as long as it has the wedgie people from "Justice" on TNG, I'm cool with it.

A lot of people here seem to feel it dropped off around season 5 or 6, and there are a half dozen characters often singled out as insufferable even before then — but me? I liked it up until they ditched Amy Sherman-Palladino. Which is a shame, because that was when post-Veronica Mars (and pre-Breaking Bad) Krysten
