As I understand it, MacFarlane contributes little to AD, beyond his brilliant voice work. He does no writing at all. Might there be some connection between that, and the fact that AD is the best of his shows? Hmmmm…..

I have trouble with the idea of a smothered baby, whatever the intentions. 

Those may be the Star Wars we deserve, but not the one we need right now.

I loved this. They could have just ignored this silliness, but they responded with affection. 

This is great comic and wonderful story that can not be told in 2 hours. A decently budgeted TV series is the way to go. The premise alone would give you a mountain of press and publicity.

I love this episode - it's genuinely creepy at times. And as the review pointed out, it's great to see Batman helping a villain, instead of just rushing in when they do something bad.
