First three Cypress albums are all great, the first one towering above all. Don't know what the fuck happened after that (oh yeah, I do: synths and rap-metal. barf.)

Yeah, I feel like I need to get Life After Death and spend some more time with it. Still don't think I'll actively rock out to "Nasty Boy" though, no matter how much I listen.

Ed O.G, still PAINFULLY UNDERRATED.

I've actually felt that Life After Death has WAAAAY too much filler. Though I am tempted to revisit. But not sure I can sit through "Playa Hater" or "Another" again.

Apocalypse 91 doesn't sound all that much cleaner, but it was the The Imperial Grand Ministers of Funk who handled production, and not the Bomb Squad, so it makes sense that the peak of the Shocklee Brothers' accomplishments were not reached.

Yeah, it just sounds like Pac resorting to tired post-G-Funk cliches and dumbed-down subject matter. Dude was capable of much better, and it's a damn shame folks seem to idiolize that period rather than Me Against The World.

Can't touch on 'em all. I'd love to read more on LONS and Main Source, but I also was hoping for more on De La Soul Is Dead.

Well, Rabin is right about I Wish My Brother George… Great, great album. No Need For Alarm too. Don't slight Del because of Rabin's mistake of sleeping on PE.
