BTW, the director of this episode? Oliver Herschbiegel (I might have the spelling wrong), who directed "Downfall". Apparently his movie career after that massive hit didn't go all that well. At least he can direct a nice butt-kicking episode of American TV.

You should read the book that this show is very loosely based on, "Washington's Spies" by Alexander Rose.

Can we assume you kicked all the Tories out?

Poor Baker indeed. I thought that he would screw Mrs. Woodhull before the season was over. But not only does she screw her husband on his bed, he gets shot to death.

Clearly you need to catch up on the show.

It is strange, how little movies and TV have dealt with the American Revolution.

Very happy that the season finale got a review. Hope the show gets renewed.

You are a bad person.

Also 11, and oh yeah, it was huge.

Gallagher?

"Your only job is to fuck your husband."

Simcoe was so obviously arranging a fake poisoning and a shooting in order to manipulate Burn Gorman, that I thought there would be some kind of twist in which someone actually was trying to poison Burn Gorman.

Yep, Burn Gorman's character isn't terribly bright. That whole business with the poison apple was way too obvious.

They don't need DNA to know the kid isn't Selah's, since he's been gone for months.

I enjoyed Super Bowl Extra Large

XLIX=49

This episode also has the funniest line in the series. They're patrolling through the Austrian woods and one of the young guys says it's a lot like Bastogne, and one of the sergeants says "Well, it's not freezing cold, the Germans aren't shooting at us, and the trees aren't exploding, but other than that, yes, it's a

I liked "Undaunted Courage" but the plagiarism is a problem.

"Homefront" was a goddamn masterpiece. With Kyle Chandler and John Slattery, and an insanely sexy Kelly Rutherford.

That's a misreading both of the movie and the word "redeem". The person who is redeemed is Red.
