Yeah, I kind of liked that idea myself.

Given the level of Dharma's competency, it wouldn't surprise me in the least.

It's not in Lost, but my favorite time-fudging ever is Supernatural's "Bugs", where killer bugs are after them, and they run into a family's attic to keep them at bay until dawn when they'll vanish.

Sextiny

That's exactly how I saw it…Jin laughing at Sawyer getting some comeuppance from an unexpected character.

Aw. That makes me sad.

I swear to god, the first time I heard "Bang Bang" my mind jumped immediately to Expose and that line. And I haven't the foggiest idea why; there's just something about "Bang Bang into the rooooooom" that makes me think of it.

Loved Kate's line.

Until he gets home to realize the market is actually glutted with diamonds and they're hardly worth anything at all….

I don't hate the episode, and I don't really hate Nikki and Paolo either (I just find them annoying, mostly), but yes, I think everything about them is a waste. When Expose was over, I just kind of shrugged and put in the next episode.

For me, it was just jarring. Here are two characters we've never seen, don't know their names, don't have any idea who they are, demanding answers from people we know and care about, and all I can think of is "who the fuck are you, and why should I give a damn about you?"

I would have liked the Temple inhabitants to have not existed at all, and just have an empty ruin. Sayid, in his weak condition, falls in and drowns, only to rise again as a zombie (not a Walking Dead zombie, just regular back-from-the-dead zombie), and watch him find Locke/MIB as the others leave (Kate to find

I had a whole post thought out about liking various scenes of season six, but was overall disappointed, and I wish there was more about the Island and its people, but then I read your comment and thought "welp, don't need to now".

Maybe. I just get such a kick from the actor, though, that I just can't see myself enjoying it as much. Oh well, I have a shitload of other shows I want to see; I'll probably go back to it at some point.

I rewound and watched that scene over and over and over. I loved that Jin could barely even stand, let alone try to stop Hurley.

I just started watching that on Hulu Plus, and apparently one of the actors left after series two, and he's the main reason I laugh and enjoy it so much. So I'm not sure I want to keep going, especially as the second reason I enjoy it also left, after series three.

The first time I saw Alex, I thought I was looking at a young Claudia Black.

The write-up made me giggle, anyway. And yes, I do demand that everyone watch it. Sadly, no one I know still does….

Itchy.

Thank you. I loved the mystery of the Island, because I love mysteries in general. I sometimes felt like I was reading a mystery novel that didn't know it was a mystery novel. I like the character parts a lot—hell, that's the only reason I kept watching—but I wanted answers too. There's a way to have both, and
