Agreed, I hope Joe starts another podcast as he was, by inches, my favorite thing about EHG. The show on whole, though, was so wonderfully constructed and consistent in output that it was very remarkable and kind of them to do it all for free!

Yeah, the way they brought Ryan back into the show with the MSPC was brilliant and he helped make that arc one of the show's best! Afterwords, however, the writers must have been so impressed with what they pulled off that they didn't take the obvious out—the episode where Michael has to fire either Pam or Ryan.
