It came out earlier today that the flashback open was the final day of shooting for the whole show. It's how the actors went out on. http://www.avclub.com/artic…
From Anna Gunn's: "Wife with a knife."
Except that Flynn seems to have a conversation on the phone where he's responding to questions. I think Flynn is quick enough to lie about who started the knife fight, but I just don't think he can pull off a one-sided conversation convincingly under a supercharged stressful situation.
No soup for you!! (because)
And the safety of the kids. Kidnapping Holly slams that point home.
Nice post @K. Thrace. You're saying Walt is both the ruined king and the sculptor who immortalizes the legend. Then, in the larger context, who is Vince Gilligan and who are we who discuss this?
Hulu has the plus here. Plus they make you pay to watch commercials. Fuck you Hulu-Plus.
Jesse was talking about the video-taped confession he gave to Hank at his house with Gomie in the room. He says "the tape is at his house, and only his partner knows." He's referring to Gomie there and not Walt.
Skyler calls him Flynn in the car ride to the house. So it's already happened.
Thanks. I think there might be another theme with black and white colors, but I'm not as sure about that one. It first caught my eye with Skyler's white outfit vs. Marie's black in the car wash office, my mind went to a chess set there. Then it was there again with the very white house phone next to the knives with…
The whole episode has a theme going with Skyler and the phone. Her first scene in the flash back when things were "normal" on the phone with Hank (with the knives right there!!), although Walt was lying on his whereabouts, it seems he was sincere for a day trip soon. Her next scene in the present at the Car Wash…
The way Walt takes baby Holly from the living room is a strong call back to the episode where Marie tries to take the baby, except Walt succeeds here, of course.
Here's another nightmare to add to the mix. What if Jesse somehow ingratiates himself with the Aryan group and becomes one of it's leaders, and Walt finds out about it and is only coming back to take Jessie out? This would be quite quite disturbing.
This household saw that as a body & wondered who it was.
Or she's Ben Affleck. Investors panic.
Ain't this just the best thread, ya'll.
Didn't they cover this in the "Celebrity Satanism For Charity" fund-raiser?
George Maharis fox at the gas station.
Jesus Christ wore a purple robe. The Roman guards threw dice on it at the foot of the cross. It's why the vestments and the altar cloths are purple during the season of Lent in the Catholic Church. Prepare for the death of a Christ figure here maybe?
