Sympathy for the Devil
I think that Russell is one of the most interesting characters in the history of Survivor. I loved his tactics, loved how he seemed to thrive and remain clear headed while everyone else was miserable, wet, and hungry.
I kind of agree BUT last season was a weak season (Na Onka's crazy ass aside) and America still wants to see Russell either get his comeuppance or make it to the finals again and get no votes…or all the votes.
Summons, nope and Matt ( I think that's his name) lost in the men vs. women Amazon season because people thought he was crazy. If Phillip made it to the end, I would vote for him.
Yeah but Colby blew chunks in HvV and I don't think he was that great in Allstars either (been awhile). Ozzy remained awesome and is the best swimmer I've on the show (again never seen Colby dominate so don't know his swimming prowess).
also: you all performed gallantry-ly. Really enjoying the Phillip Sheppard era
The nemesis quote was equally awesome. I hope he makes the merge.
I haven't watched Australia (and basically know what happens so don't know if I will) but Ozzy's dominance and natural survivor ability was mesmerizing on Cook Island. It's the first time I viewed the show as a legit sports show.
They did. Just watched some of that season and this seems like a better way of bringing players back into the game than the Outcasts challenge.
There should be a drinking game where every time Phillip mentions animals, the fact that he's a special agent, or mispronounces Francesca's name (during the vote last night! sooo funny), you have to take a shot
Redemption Island gimmick
If anyone on Redemption Island doesn't go back to their tribe after their duel then it could make for an interesting dynamic. Assuming players return post-merge (which gives them the best chance to stay in the game) they'll be spending a lot of time in isolation. This means that anyone out…
Special Agent Sheppard
Anybody think that Phillip has the potential to be a crazy version of Rudy, who most definitely won Richard Hatch that first season?
Been watching old episodes
Ozzy (Cooke and Micronesia) is the best all time athlete, right? I haven't caught up on every season yet but he seemed like the most dominant.
Yes. And study it too. In college no less.
It was kind of a Russell move. Not the execution, but the reasoning…thoughts?
I have a feeling he administered polygraphs. Just a guess
young Natalie
Beautiful Girls is one of my favorite movies and though she was only around 13 in that movie, she played a very tricky role perfectly.
We're on the Calender for being covered this Wednesday
See you guys there. Here's hoping Phillip stays on at the very least another week and at the very most makes the jury.
For those interested in more on Phillip
He mentioned in an interview that he started his own company. Googled it and found this page with his picture in the about us section (fully clothed and with his dry mouth syndrome apparently a non issue).
That's a Home Alone reference I can't stop myself from typing anytime I list things. Weird, I know.
