Unsung MVP - Olivia Colman
Agreed with watching from the beginning - the Sophie arc makes much more sense when you view in context. It's like the depressing parallel universe of Tim/Dawn from the UK Office - they're two bland personalities who are drawn to each other out of sheer proximity and lack of other suitable

There were some rumors to that during season 4 of Who, but they were pretty much put to bed when he showed up as the security chief in the "Planet of the Ood" two-parter.

It's not as good as Peep Show, but The Adventures of Sir Chicken Digby-Caesar alone earn it a pass from me.

It's Your Thing
I enjoyed the pilot of this show and it looks promising moving forward, but this episode just made me miss "Karen Sisco" so much more. I know both characters are Leonard creations, but everything about this episode felt like that earlier, superior show. I hope that the writers are able to give this

Brother Seamus, as I said I love it (her riff at the end of Maneater gets me every time) but it's just such an esoteric project that I can't see myself recommending it to a neutral party.

Like It, But Probably Wouldn't Recomend It
It's an admittedly lightweight album from an admittedly lightweight duo. I loved it, but I was already a fan of both groups. There aren't any drastic changes to the songs (I think they're all in the original keys too). It's not the kind of album I'd recommend to someone

I thought it was more of a reference to the budget British series NBC bought the US rights to for killing time on their summer schedule.

Or maybe the lyric's just a comment on Elvis and Wayne as icons of white American masculinity and power, not about the two being virulent cross-burners.

Considering the issues Reed and Thompson had with Adult Swim on Frisky Dingo/X-tacles, I don't think they're in a hurry to work with Cartoon Network again.

Me too. He could have signed for them and played it off to Leslie as accomodating two senile women who mistook him for someone else.

Ian Hart - best John Lennon
This guy is the man for one simple reason - he recognizes the genius of Ian Hart. Hours and Times and Backbeat FTW.

Becky and Tim
I'm a little surprised at how non-creepy the Becky/Tim stuff has become (I guess that's a credit to the improvement of Madison Burge over the season). I think Tim pulled back because he feels it's a bad idea - he's definitely attracted to her.

I won't mind tuning in to this show - I was a Keen Eddie fan (back before we all got sick of Sienna Miller) and McBride and Haley are pros who make every project they're in better.

WELCOME TO YOU'RE DOOM!!!
Please cover this weekly.

What I used to do is DVR Heroes, watch HIMYM, start watching Heroes at 8:30 and then watch BBT at 9:30.

Totally fine - I'm the same with Natalie Portman and Anna Paquin.

Frank's Place FTW, bitches.

I liked the McGruber sketches too but they kept reminding me of the Kids in the Hall sketches with "Darrill", the pompous asshole character played by Mark Mckinney.

I like that the writers have made Erin and Andy a funhouse mirror version of Jim and Pam. It's like they're mocking the twee elements of the first relationship with the awkward absurdity of the second. They sanded down Andy's edges to make him more likable and made Erin a dimmer sweeter Pam.

I totally agree on Ray Guns by Bird and the Bee. I've put My Love and Meteor on repeat too many times to count.
