Wow, Ashes to Ashes is a great show. I heard that the shows (Life on Mars, Ashes to Ashes…) were originally planned as a trilogy series.

Always
I'll always Torrent/Youtube/Proxy from BBC for uncut episodes- that and I couldn't wait 2 weeks knowing that there was new Who out there. I don't trust BBCA anymore than SeeFee for their cutting room exploits.

WAIT! Your wife likes this show? There's actually a real person watching this, not out of some self-hating sense of obligation, but because they actually LIKE it?

Season 2
Since it is so very unlikely that we'll have a second season (thank god) do you think we'll have an actual ending to this show?

Poker Terms
In last week's Lost recap, Noel Murray defined the term "pot-committed". I think that describes quite adequately why we few are still watching.

Horribly BORING books! I've tried to read Golden Compass twice and I can never get through. I'm actually more interested now that there's a promise of deicide.

On the positive side…
If they prevent the alternative future, wouldn't Barmaid disappear with it?

Strike
Can we just pretend that the writers for Heroes went on strike earlier than the other guys?

Fahrenheit 451
Worst. Adaptation. Ever.

Why not watch online?
Everyone talking about people missing episodes. You can watch them for free on abc's website.

What about…
The Cook, The Thief, His Wife, and Her Lover? Out of every film here, that one needed to be on the list! It's one of my favorite movies, so beautiful, and I refuse to watch it again.
