I'm surprisingly pleased with this story because it does feel organic to me. Jim's stagnation's been tied to his lack of clear ambition and fear of looking foolish in the past, but there's been less exploration of the reasons for Pam's stagnation.

And is that woman Amelia? It seemed like she was supposed to be admirable in the way she handled Sam, but she was just completely bizarre. Vets don't coerce people into adopting animals when the person even says they don't have an appropriate place for a pet. And what was with the line about how if he was really a…

For years I hoped Pam and Jim would run into Roy who was now married with kids, and a different guy. Basically just like what we saw here. So I was looking forward to it. But I was mildly disappointed that they felt the need to make Roy rich and interested in fine food and playing the piano for his wife. I wanted to…

Not really, imo. I think the art thing was shown to not really be about her wanting a career in it. She just wanted a creative outlet and to have her work and talents be appreciated. So she's happy being a wife and mom who paints as much as she likes. Her internship in graphic design showed her she wasn't interested…

It was supposed to be a trend of the future. Doug referred to them as "tiger stripes" and Nancy said something about keeping up with current fashions.

I really disiked this finale. Nancy to "get what she deserves" but it wound up just making me find Silas and Andy insufferable and smug and passive-aggressive, so I no longer like 2 characters I used to like (3 counting Megan). The wacky housewife can brick dance her way out of executions but must be punished for…

"Wouldn’t it be great, he jokingly asked, if the show could follow these characters for decades and decades and decades? Wouldn’t it be wonderful to keep expanding the series’ universe, to see what Kurt Hummel was up to 20, 30, 40 years from now?"
