I too, was a little underwhelmed by Never Let Me Go. I could appreciate how well written the book was, but it's whole tone seemed so cold and passive that I couldn't connect with it in any meaningful way, and really none it it stuck with me afterward. Maybe I need to be more in touch with my inner 14-year-old girl

The Iron and Wine cover makes me think of M&Ms

Y'know…
The last sentence of this review is all we need.

Someone better than me said this…
Michael Bay must have been molested by an explosion as child.

His score for the silent film version of Dracula is pretty much one of the best things ever.

Carter Burwell is great. "The Man Who Wasn't There" is a great soundtrack by him.

Randy Newman!
Hands down one of my favorite composers. Avalon and Awakenings are two of my favorite soundtracks.

It's simple. He takes language, then makes it funny!

That is a great piece of writing. I imagine he dry-humped a microphone stand to celebrate.
