I believe he has my stapler.

I genuinely thought Smokey was dead.

For me this is not only the perfect Simpsons episode but perhaps my favourite TV episode period.

Archer with a fake tache is always going to be a winner.

97% Celtic?

Yep. As much as I love this film this short scene felt particularly jarring on first and second viewing. Despite being carefully thought out by Linklater it still seems like a deliberately cinematic staple in a film which otherwise never fits into the traditional film mould.

Clooney should have won for Michael Clayton.

I agree with the review. The premise for this episode was almost like an open goal for comedic opportunities but failed rather miserably. The pre-credits scenes were great though.

I was absolutely convinced some weeks ago that Boyhood would take the Best Film title which pleased me given how much I love it. Now it seems Birdman may well nick it.

Dear Gawd that music is annoying.

Maris?

It just felt a cop out to me. Would Lana take any kind of risk with her kid? And why wouldn't she go apeshit on the actor once she discovered he was using actual ammo? It just seemed an ill thought out, rushed finale.

Maybe if they put it on over here I wouldn't have to resort to a life of crime. Who knows where my nefarious ways will now take me.

It was a relatively decent episode up to what felt like a really cheap pay off with the whole thing having been planned by Lana.

I know, I'm clearly not over her.
I think it first started when I seen her in Dawson's Creek.

Only time I've ever been in love was with a girl I met at uni. She was seeing someone else at the time and well it all got very complicated and depressing.

Maybe she'll have an affair, get pregnant and tell Clark it's his. Just after he has stabbed her as she was getting too close to finding out the truth.

As someone who has purposefully avoided dentists for the last 15 years (I am hoping the meticulous care I take of them at home will forever suffice) I cannot begin to explain how horrific I found the homemade dentistry scenes.

Living in the UK our access to Stewart was somewhat limited but what I have seen of him through his brief stint on More4 and on YouTube I have always been impressed with his sharp wit.

Cyril jacking it at the end nearly killed me.
