And so Don's downfall continues. I wonder at the end of the last season after he revealed his true self that he could start again afresh but it seems to be bringing nothing but misery. The choice between a watered down new contract or a demotion elsewhere is hardly the choice he could've dreamed of, it will be

I disagree with this review. Saw it a couple of months ago and thought it was a commendable drama with an excellent performance from Hardy. Considering it's just him in a car on his phone it manages to wring several tense scenes as things slowly unravel. I do agree it's not the most cinematic of films but certainly

OK so the experiment with this season didn't quite pay off in the end but it was by no means a failure. As the reviewers have mentioned there was a satisfying sense of character development amongst the anarchic fun and games. I hope the show doesn't just resort back to the standard ISIS stories, felt they had got

Loved the second episode. The exchanges between Don and Sally
highlighted to me that not only is she seeing a hugely complex figure in
her father but he is starting to see the same in her. Peggy's failure
to take over Don's seat of power is obviously gnawing at her more than
we could've realised. With losing that and

It's testament to how much I am enjoying this season that I was looking forward to this week's episode as much as I was with the start of Mad Men. And it did not disappoint.

I'd probably agree with this, it was the episode which least resonated with me.

Not only best song but best album too of that era. Different Class indeed.

I think I'm just about done with this show. It's feels so tired, dull and unimaginative these days.

Yeah that works a whole let better.

There's very little meat in these gym mats.

I clicked on this article thinking well the obvious answer is Cheers. Then as I scrolled down I realised The A-Team, Deadwood and Police Squad are all particularly special too. And then there's The Sopranos, Mad Men and Knight Rider as well.

I am the youngest of 4 and throughout all our years of disagreements on music the one thing we unanimously loved was The Stone Roses debut album. It's the first album I remember listening to as my sisters wailed out Waterfall from their room.

That's a good shout, will be interesting to see how that plays out.

I am genuinely optimistic for this show's future. It seems to be getting stronger with each passing episode.

I have memorised 4 useless facts in my life which as you can imagine I rarely find opportune moments to actually utilise.

Glad to see the band getting some recognition on here. Saw them live twice last year and they were terrific. A very interesting debut album though it'll be interesting to see if they can develop this approach beyond one record.

I'm standing by my theory that Don ends up in LA as a porn mogul.

I was getting increasingly annoyed by the number of aww's and ooo's at the dramatic/sweet moments and came on here to rant as much only to see the first line of the review has covered my complaint.

What a brilliant interview, thanks for this.
Given his wonderful range of films it seems almost churlish to only mention one but Robocop just left such a lasting impression.
That and Red of course, the main reason I stuck with 70s Show for so long.

I agree with your assessment on the character. The annoying thing for me is that they have threatened on occasion to develop his character to become more rounded but it seems like one step forward and two back. At least we're still getting some mileage out of him, Raj on the other hand…
