Michael waiting by the coffee pot with his birthday doughnuts paused for someone to greet him was such a sad moment.

Top of the Lake is worth a watch, mainly for Elisabeth Moss delivering a knockout performance.

Better get used to these bars kid.

Yep. I absolutely loved this right up to Mac whooping at the football game. That's OK, it's strong enough to let that slide. What's this? Mac asking about a secret place on the internet? Ugh, not needed and neither is the baby chat. But I'll happily overlook these missteps on what has been a riveting, dramatic hour of

Blue Flashing Light is an astonishingly dark and troubled song. And is quite fantastic with it.

Every day is lesbian lovers day!

I feared the almighty hype surrounding the final few episodes would only result in bitter disappointment.

What a cunt.

I haven't heard of around 90% of the stuff mentioned here, need to catch up and give some of them a listen.

You could have the same review save for the odd tweak or two for every episode of this show so far. Interesting one minute, infuriating the next.

There are issues with the editing, wasn't clear just how long a period this was filmed over. Aside from that I thought it was a stunning documentary, quite unlike anything I've seen before. The reenacted annihilation of the village was truly horrifying yet there are still moments of humour there, albeit often of the
