I actually kind of loved that. It was a really unpredictable and fairly honest outcome, but without being too heartbreaking.

All that is fair. I admittedly have watched most of the season On Demand because of DVR conflicts, but I also haven't missed an episode. Definitely my vote for best new comedy this past season.
Argh. Yes, you are correct. I hath fixed. Balls indeed.
I thought the toast was some kind of warning about Dick. Take that any way you want.
Ha. Well, you hit on something with the Annie callback, which is how many one-liners per episode they've begun to nail, which is a big difference from its cuter beginnings. But I still feel like the show got a bad rap early on. Cool that you've gotten turned onto it, and I highly recommend the episodes I alluded to in…
That whole ending ultimately wasn't necessary. All it invoked for me was discomfort.
I genuinely hope the show continues to convert viewers, if only because I think most people would enjoy the sheer consistency of laughs. Who doesn't like laughs?
I agree about the brutal honestly. And Dream Weavers.
I've always loved the show, and in some ways miss its more wholesome retro innocence, but it's hard to argue with how the cast nails all the modern pop-culture referencing. So, yeah, this episode to me felt like a happy marriage (play on its storyline intended) of its primary charms. Great, fun show.
Love. Reggie.
It's a very funny episode, and if anything, not even because of Takei.
I don't disagree, but the bombast was more just out of place. The bottom came out of the bottom end. Although he's hilarious in the If I Don't Have You Video.
Super awesome to hear, Heliphyneau and terpsichory. I feel like the comment threads for these are my ideal meeting of civil and opinionated/passionate. Haters be damned.
Very cool input Janet. The more vintage noir I watch on my own time, the more I see those kinds of connections.
No way man. That's why I love White Collar! Can't we have both?
Looking back to the Kate character is kind of interesting, because that was all definitely happening at a time when they weren't yet thinking 5 seasons out.
CCH Pounder!
But will Mozzie now be the Neal to Neal's Peter?
There's some merit to that opinion… Kind of hoping they go for broke and subvert expectations this once.
Hey, if it's wrong, I don't want to be copyright.
