Unsettlingly, it's fairly true to the world it inhabits more often than not.

That whole scene was brutal.

I'm with you, but laughed just a little…

He's coming later this season….

Californication, and Hank, are like Nurse Jackie and Jackie's stunted stepchildren.

Hey cj, there's an archive of reviews for all last season's eps too!

Oh, viciki

One of the better bar scenes since Team America.

The whole Atticus Fench thing is, at first blush, really really cheesy, even if it's sort of intended to be. We shall see.

Agreed. The underlying sentiment for me was that it makes me laugh, which sometimes is enough.

Wookie, all well said and I agree. It's tough, because they had no idea that an incident like this would occur days before it aired, but they chose to air it and so it has to stand up to this kind of scrutiny, and the reality that it's silly at best and in current context somewhat alarmingly superficial.

I didn't include it in the core review, but from a social-services angle, isn't it the slightest bit alarming that Patti doesn't save money because she thinks it's a waste since we won't be here much longer, and that she spends it on perishable foods instead in event of the zombies coming? Aren't her kids pretty much

'Sure we sell out. Every seat in the house."
