Peter is certainly guilty of giving Neal too much freedom, which perhaps is why he's willing to share the blame, even if he privately chastises Neal. Also, re: the mobile, I did notice it was an unusually inaccurate rendering for Neal/Mozz. I also agree re: best ep since the premiere. Let's hope there's no lulls.
