I was really confused when Arya yelled at the Hound that he should go to hell during the sword fight.  Do any of the religions of Westeros have a concept of Hell?  I don't remember that ever coming up.

I think pantsuits date to the early '70s, or maybe a bit before.  However, those tended to be weird, bell-bottomed polyester abominations (think Mary Tyler Moore).  Pantsuits that were closer to an equivalent in formalness to menswear didn't come about until the '80s.
