Nope, it was at Second City's Up Comedy Club in Chicago, sponsored by the Book Cellar.

It was also a sold-out show, and $45. (The ticket came with a copy of his book.) I think the Breaking Bad fans might have simply bought the tickets quicker than the Mr Show fans. Lots of Los Pollos Hermanos shirts in the audience.

Most of the crowd was made up of Breaking Bad fans. Many of them in their 40s and 50s. It was a weird night.

At a recent Second City Chicago show, Bob Odenkirk said that they're getting everyone together for a big Mr Show reunion in May 2015 in the form of an HBO Special. This was during a Q&A promoting his new book.

I just meant Googling how long Maria's been performing comedy. She's been doing her voices / characters since the beginning, a few of which are similar to the "Target Lady."

It's one thing to write a "snark" piece, but another thing entirely to insinuate that an established comedian is stealing someone else's material. Especially if Amelie can't just do a simple Google search before publishing this. It's not that hard.

It also didn't help that die-hard fans of Aliens were reading the Dark Horse "Aliens" comic books, written by future BSG writer Mark Verheiden, before Alien3 was released. Newt and Hicks were the main characters in those comics, and the story was way, way better than Alien3 and Resurrection. The first AvP comic
