Hahaha Jesus, I am going to hell for laughing at that.

I cried a little at that letter Betty left Sally. I sobbed like a bitch when Don sat there smiling contentedly on that bench. I loved every minute of it.

Mother's Day! What do women actually want on Mother's Day? Any excuse to get closer? Or just some flowers. Or random Mad Men references?

Blackhawks with the sweep! WOO!

i think I've eaten as much pizza as I can possibly stand. I don't want pizza again. Ever.

All I could think after seeing that episode was…I need to see that again.

"You know where it's going."

Red Wings and the Lightning are going into a game 7 tonight. I'll post a second round hockey preview tomorrow if anyone is interested

I have to watch it again, and this may just be recency bias kicking in, but I think it was top 10 material. The Stan/Peggy scene and the ending were perfect.

Jesus, Mad Men absolutely knocked it out of the park tonight. Top 10 episode for sure. That ending gave me goosebumps.

Double guns cocksucka

Anyone else have that cheesy song "Shut Up and Dance" stuck in their heads? The lyrics are sooo goddamn cheesy but it's the quintessential feel-good Summer song, and I can't resist listening to it every time it comes on the radio.
Also, I may or may not be playing the hell out of it on Spotify.

He tries to get up a placeholder type review as quickly as possible, then flesh out the review later. There's other places to discuss the episode though.

Does anyone else feel like life is just vapid anymore? Everything on the Internet is vapid, everything on the news is vapid, every conversation I have is vapid. No one wants to say anything that'll make any waves. Everything I've experienced in life up to this point hasn't meant anything and every goal Ive ever had

Wow, so I guess us book readers can't be smarmy with our knowledge anymore. What a shame. I enjoyed getting to be smarmy for once in my life.

I feel like ruling over Mereen is like ruling over some middle-eastern country. The citizens are never happy with anything.
