oh I love Pratt too, and I'm not exclusively slagging guardians here. this is a problem they probably should have fixed by now, and the likelihood of doctor strange being snarky white guy as well is like…fucking come on

it would be fine if the numbers were better overall, but they're not, so it kinda sucks. why does starlord have to be white? why does anyone?

he makes me cry every single time in iron giant, so I give him a lot of credit for that

it's not so much it's repressing her minorityness as that within these movies there are SO MANY MORE WHITE PEOPLE and she's presumably one of very few non-white actors in this movie too.

the movies are practically in the double digits now.

I've heard the opposite, but it was from someone really eager to hate the movie, so HMM

"vin, you're a tree"

"congratulations on being like, the fourth ever minority in a marvel movie! you get to be green"

all of these movies get fairly overwhelmingly positive reviews. that really doesn't make them any good, just extremely adept at playing audiences. I appreciate that guardians is a clean two hours though. Maybe I'll actually like this one? WHO KNOWS

this is brilliant. I am losing my chocolate laughing over here

I'm pretty unfamiliar with dead like me, but as someone that veers towards suicidal tendencies every couple years, I'm going to be keeping that quote backed up for when that shit hits again (if it does)

first episode I saw live was SHAPE OF THINGS TO COME and what a start, let me tell you.

all that wikipedia scouring really paid off

AAAAAHAHAHA FORGOT ABOUT THE HOT POCKET HOLY SHIT

hey, suicide is wicked hard to talk about so I almost didn't say anything but I need to add whatever I can and let you know you're doing a good job and just keep doing it I guess. I'm really sorry for your loss.

SHE IS SO GREAT.

lead actor: about a hundred fucking animators featuring a cameo by andy serkis

SWEET RELIEF, I didn't want to have to wait too too long before his next thing
