I watch one episode a night of the Simpsons with my kids over the app on Apple TV. Yesterday when the beatboxing guy came on, my 8 year old put a pillow over her face and said "make it stop, make it stop!" That sums it up.
Cause I'm a man is such a sonically dense song though. I wouldn't dismiss it as mere pop (not that pop is bad of course). Listening to that song with great headphones is a treat.
Late last year, I drove for 6 hours through the backroads of Peru and for some reason, the only album that would play on my phone was Isbell's 'Southeastern'. I was totally fine with it.
Perfectly put. I love when I want to make a comment, scan the comments, and then see someone already made the same point I was going to but in a more coherent way.
Amazing?
As said before, he is a great character because they wrote him as an actual good lawyer. He just has an, ahem, questionable past.
Gotta watch that iZombie brah
In the winter, nothing beats local news in my area for a good understanding of exactly where snow/ice will hit and also the expected amounts. The rest of the year, I just glance at my weather app
My house is pushed back into the woods. I tried an antenna and got a shit sandwich of a signal. Comcast took me back much like Ike taking back a battered Tina.
That was my biggest laugh of the night
It is awful and as the article states, having windows down is forbidden. You know, some rules are okay to scoff at (like sneaking candy in to a movie theater). But others like having your windows rolled up around lions sounds like something you wouldn't have to tell me twice about. So awful for her.
Been listening to the stream on repeat. Fantastic. Baffled by the solid B review, but the review itself reads better than the grade, so what evs. I'm actually more inline with the Pitchfork 9.3 score.
Every generation needs their own Dawes
I still watch Nurse Jackie and I'm seeing it all the way to the inevitable end where she will no doubt ride a boat through an ocean storm and emerge as a sullen and bearded lumberjack.
"I haven't seen the movie"
I for one really enjoyed the film as well and also enjoyed your review.
EXACTLY! That montage at he end showed people just trying to make the world a better place. Nothing wrong with that in a fucking PG movie.
Awful premise. I mean, I'm sitting there watching it with my kids and now they are spouting things like how it is great to be a dreamer and with science, anything is possible. I can't wait for the world to crush that shit.
I absolutely without a doubt loved Tomorrowland. Did it have some issues? Sure. But overall it swung for the fences and was a joy to watch in IMAX with my kids (who loved it too). I'm glad I didn't read any reviews before I saw it.
