According to the production codes, this was the second episode filmed, so "Who are you and what have you done to my daughter?" was a nice way to acknowledge the recasting.

I'd put S4 over S5, but otherwise I agree. I think the need to continue the show after, rather than conclude the series, hurt S5.

If you're just starting out, I'd go for the S2 ones first, they're much better. The airing order is all screwed up though, so that doesn't help much.
