I've seen all three, and Hot Fuzz is my favourite too. So much fun.

Not as good as the book, but a very good movie anyway.
Yeah, I saw a screenshot of PFT as Harrow and knew I had to watch. Shame it's another week away.
I don't watch Teen Wolf, but Adelaide Kane is the lead in The CW's Reign, so she almost certainly won't be sticking around.
Run was pretty depressing too. Interesting that that's the one of the recent Channel 4 shows that Hulu decided to pick up to air soon: http://hulu.com/run-2013
I suspect Asylum will get the female awards, and the rest will go to Candleabra.
They were going to, but they didn't in the end IIRC (though, like Breaking Bad S5B, it goes up on Netflix UK the next day).
Tonight in the UK is the first episode of Southcliffe on Channel 4, which may be part of a scientific experiment to come up with the most depressing TV show of all time: http://www.youtube.com/watc…
Nah, Capaldi is far more well known than the last few Doctors were when they were announced. And he's been around for 30 years.
I miss Mike Detective. Shame they never got to do that second season.
Smith's announcement was pre-taped, and was leaked earlier in the day. I suspect the live event is intended to prevent that.
I have no clue who the Twelfth Doctor will be. I'd love it to be Capaldi, but I think that's probably a red herring.
For those who missed it, Alex Hirsch was on the Nerdist Writers Panel podcast recently, talking about the process of writing the show: http://www.avclub.com/artic…
I just hope it isn't another year before Season 2.
That was season two. Ross had been fired at the time, and got his job back because of it.
The birthdate comes from Nearly Headless Nick's 500th deathday party in the second book. Nick died on October 31, 1492, so that book takes place in 1992-1993. Harry turns 12 at the start of it, so he was born in 1980.
Three years ago, I bought the ER box set and watched all 333 episodes. Great show. The early episodes are definitely the best, but even in the weaker years there's only a handful of episodes I outright hated.
Odd ER/Friends coincidence: their first episodes debuted within three days of each other, and both featured a character called Rachel Green(e).
They've improved, I've liked a lot of this year's ones.
Not as good as this one though: http://www.avclub.com/artic…
