You've mixed her up with Jessica St. Clair, who plays Marissa Wompler. Lapkus does Traci Rearden (as well as a character called Diane in a Heidecker episode, and Scott's nephew Todd in a Nick Thune one).
It's very good. Not quite as funny as Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz, but definitely worth a watch.
Lauren Lapkus was a nice addition. I mostly only knew her from her Comedy Bang Bang podcast appearances before this. I hope she can get some better roles off of this (that goes for the rest of the cast too, of course).

I, Partridge is fantastic, especially the audiobook version. It didn't feel stretched to me at all.
