Yeah, it's on an odd schedule. They filmed S2 last year and have S3 written, but S2 won't air for another few months.

I think the actual setup for her going to jail are is accurate (she trafficked drugs for her then girlfriend years earlier and pled guilty rather than go to trial), but it takes a lot of liberties after that.
