The Massive is worth checking out if you like Brian Wood's stuff. I've heard good things about Wood's Conan too.

Oh yeah, I've been meaning to check that out. Linda Holmes has talked about it a few times on Pop Culture Happy Hour.

I've only read five too: Hey Nostradamus!, JPod, The Gum Thief, Girlfriend In A Coma, and Generation X.

I just picked up his new one, The Human Division (which was previously serialised as a set of E-Books). I need to get to Redshirts too.

Yup, I loved that. Scary stuff.

I think TV Club Classic is off until Monday, except Twilight Zone is there, so who knows. Alasdair said there's no Farscape on Sunday.

Today in the UK is A Field In England Day - new Ben Wheatley film in cinemas, on DVD, and on TV tonight. It looks weird.

I just watched the first season the other day, after all the good things said about it here. Very enjoyable show, and I'm looking forward to catching up.

Well, it's Lee Daniels so it almost certainly won't be a good movie.

Weird coincidence: "One Step Beyond" was also used in the episode of Gilmore Girls covered in the last week. I should listen to more Madness.

It was back in the UK. It was pretty great, and as creepy as ever.

I honestly can't remember what stuff wasn't in the aired version. I think it was mostly more unnecessary flashbacks to stuff on Caprica.

I'm watching the extended 2.5 hour cut of the BSG finale.

@avclub-ee86f2eb94048ec21387d5b848337fa2:disqus Calling it an "appearance" is a stretch: http://static.comicvine.com… (far left, next to Batman).

I think he said that before her picture was seen, when people were wondering if she'd still be The Question in the New 52. According to Rucka, DC have little interest in using her any time soon: http://www.comicvine.com/re…

Her 52 story (mostly written by Rucka) is about her as an ex-cop, eventually ending in her becoming the new Question.

I think this is supposed to be early Batman though, I've no idea whether he has a Robin at this point?

When I first read the Vol 1. TPB I thought it was okay, but not up there with Moore's best. Then I read Vol 2, which convinced me it was a masterpiece and one of the best comics of the decade.
