I'd forgotten Oliver Chris was in this. He's great in Green Wing and Bluestone 42.

Raza Jaffrey. Previously of Spooks/MI-5, but was also Katherine McPhee's boyfriend in Smash.

Oh my.

I need to rewatch that show. Cole and Colbert were great, as was Paget Brewster as Birdgirl.

I liked the BKV run after Millar, but that's about it.

The second series of Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle is one of my favourite comedy series ever.

Madrigal's in a sitcom that was picked up (About A Boy), so he'll probably be gone soon.

There actually is a white whale in that Scrubs episode, IIRC.

Of the recent mainstream stuff, Stonemouth and Transition are all I'd recommend. The Steep Approach to Garbadale wasn't awful, but far from his best.

Yeah, I loved most of Banks' books, and will miss reading them. Looking forward to the final one in a few weeks.

I'm hoping that Algonquin Round Table get a spin-off. They've dominated the Colonel Tick-Tock episodes since they were created.

Yes. The Dark Age was too long and somewhat disappointing, but I've loved everything else.

As they've all apparently been announced now, I think the Dial H one is the only Villain's Month book I'm interested in.

I don't remember watching much of the series. I loved the books though.

It's on in the UK on Sunday, I'm looking forward to it.

Except reviews for new TV shows almost always go up before they air…

I watched I Love You, Beth Cooper yesterday. Kind of weird that someone tried to make Paul Rust a romcom leading man.

Farscape!
