For those who missed it in yesterday's Slings and Arrows review, TV Club Classic coverage of Freaks and Geeks is starting next Wednesday. Can't wait.
The plug at the end for the Psych book was incredibly shameless, but at least they didn't write an episode around it, like Parks and Rec did.
Last week's Chicago PD pilot thing was incredibly boring. One of the only people there I liked, JB Smoove, probably won't be on the actual show anyway, as he's in The Millers on CBS. (He's still on the show page at NBC.com though: http://www.nbc.com/chicago-pd/ )
She's going by production order, rather than Hulu order. Teddy Trouble is 2ATF06, Monday June is 2ATF07.
Upstairs, Downstairs?
Ah, but the DVDs have all the commentaries.
Yeah, that surprised me. I'd have hoped for Mikkelsen or Fishburne at least. Tough categories, I guess.
Screeners. Plenty of sites have run reviews by now.
No, next year, I guess. Critics haven't seen any of it.
I was hoping we'd get Freaks and Geeks. It's been years since I watched, and I've been looking for an excuse to watch again.
Very glad I rewatched the show, and the reviews were great to read along with. Looking forward to the interview.
Lena Headey and Sean Bean submitted as Lead in S1, but they only submitted people as Supporting for S2.
Yeah, it's a shame, but I'm happy Sutton Foster got a nod.
In season one I'd be surprised, but I think that's right this year.
Behind the Candelabra will be nomnated for everything, for as long as it's eligible.
I think it's just a tougher category. Maybe with more episodes next year he'll have more of a chance.
The miniseries/movie category having little competition also means that Michael Douglas will probably win every Best Actor award going for the next year.
Aside from no Mad Men in drama (though two nominations for Moss), it's a good list.
