I thought Total Recall was better than Underworld at least. There was some decent action scenes, and it looked nice. It was just incredibly lacking in humour or fun.

I was hoping there would be some humour, but Len Wiseman directed the pilot, so it'll probably be incredibly dull and lifeless anyway.

Yeah, if they're sticking to the original (which the trailer indicates) MIB isn't Bledel's father, he's her uncle. The ages still don't work out (Kerri Kenney is only 12 years older than Bledel), but they didn't in the original either.

John Doe was a good show (hey, rhyming!)? I never saw it, but only know it from reputation and from the producers having to tell the ending in an interview after they were cancelled.

Does the six-episode commitment for Dads mean they have to air all six episodes in that timeslot or in the fall or whatever? Or can they just banish it to Saturday nights after one or two episodes if it bombs?

We'll find out tomorrow I think, but there's no reason for it not to be AFAIK.

I only just realized now that Cece's two non-Schmidt love interests this season both played minor characters in Scott Pilgrim vs The World (Nelson Franklin was Comeau, Satya Bhabha was Matthew Patel).

Apparently she was cast because of chemistry with Josh Radnor, so I assume they'll have scenes together.

The time marker towards the end of the episode has me worried about it.

So, do people really think the final season will play out over 56 hours or whatever?
