Wasn't a big fan of this one. Not terrible, but the concept could have been executed much better. The guest characters felt completely undeveloped to me.

Michael B. Jordan does tend to die in his roles a lot. I'm never going to watch Red Tails, but I imagine he didn't survive that? And I think his death is the premise of Fruitvale Station.
If he'd been overused I'd have gotten sick of him, but he's only in a half-dozen episodes or so.
What was funny there was that some of the publicity claimed it was two of their most prominent African-American characters getting married… forgetting that neither character is American.

ABC's music is almost always awful. This show is far from the worst.
