Do kids listen to Train!?
Do kids listen to Train!?
He was on American Idol a long time ago. I know this because my Mom told me I should watch him because he 'plays the kind of music you like.' Turns out he did Creed covers and similar stuff. I think it was some kind of weird Mom revenge for all the times my crossover thrash band practiced in the garage.
Can't wait for Ashley Simpson's take on At The Gates's 'Slaughter of the Soul.'
Oh wow, I'm in the same boat as you on Planes Mistaken For Stars. I went to see them because Drug Church was opening. I picked up that album and didn't even realize it was new.
Great list. I'm going to check out some of that when I get home.
What could possibli go wrong?
Isn't it a little too late for this comment.
I agree 100%. His production crew are amazing!
That's ridiculous, nobody wants to look at your stupid kid all show. I once saw the singer of Every Time I Die sarcastically praise someone for bringing their kid to the show. I wish I could remember exactly what he said but the gist was lets all be tame and not enjoy ourselves because a kid is here for some reason.
If only there was a website that had reviewed their album a couple of weeks ago, oh well.
Recast. We know you loved the old Tom but he went a little crazy and now spends his days searching for UFOs. We assure you the new Tom is totally committed to the Blink 182 brand.
Nah, Obama had Dude Ranch but had pretty much grown out of it by the time Enema of the State came out.
I hated that. There was literally nothing back there except a couple of things that there was too much of to fit on the floor but people would act like there was a whole second store back there that they weren't allowed in to.
I don't think they even missed any shows but I saw a picture of a marquee promoting their reunion tour. Got to have a sense of humor.
First impression is its ok but I'm not liking it as much as the older songs. Maybe it will grow on me. I'll definitely give it a chance. I wonder if they are coming out with music too fast.
Yeah, those bouncers were clueless. I was afraid they would incite a brawl but that would have been an even more bizarre spectacle for the people who came to get chicken wings or whatever at a theme restaurant.
I was at that. Watching people stage dive to Rotting Out in the middle of a Hard Rock Cafe while random people were eating in the next room is one of the weirder things I've seen at a show. Obviously I watched Negative Approach too but then no one is going to count me as a youth these days.
So why does ". . .to the beat of a dead horse" not count? That's definitely the album when they gained notoriety.
Can not wait to check this out tonight!
I remember them playing Refused' s New Noise constantly, not that I'm complaining, but that's the main one that sticks in my memory.
