I sent AMC an e-mail earlier saying that I thought the advertising they chose for The Walking Dead and The Killing were cheapening their brand. They put logos in the letterbox of 4:3 commercials, they break out the critically acclaimed card in every single commercial, they take up the bottom left quadrant of the

Gee,
An A- score from AV Club. Guess that tells me, er, uh…

Reelz
Hey, turns out I get Reelz HD with Time Warner Cable! Is there any kind of drinking game I can play with this?

Wow
I've gotta say, the amount of spoilers you put into these posts is impressive.

Heyoh
Archers of Loaf song playing in Jordan's car! Wahoo!

Good god
You're one quote short of writing the entire script in your "stray observations" section.

Vacationing
Why is Steve maybe just "vacationing" there that big of a deal? Most of my greatest memories are from moments where I decided that I couldn't possibly opt out of this situation. It isn't exploitment if all parties are benefiting.

The best thing about Funny People was the hours and hours of standup footage Apatow filmed, only to use like 5 minutes of it in the film.

Ugh
I really hate these stupid reunion episodes where they drag out every tired ass character from episodes past. I hate them so much.

Let's go!
Human Giant Season 2 DVD please! It seems like with the whole cast and crew getting TV shows left and right MTV might want to get with the program.

Rubbish
All jokes aside, isn't this the MPAA basically admitting their ratings don't mean shit? I mean, they didn't tweak anything in the movie, they just had Harvey Weinstein give them a stern talking to?

Wow
I love that the only reason this is even a discussion is because the president of the network liked the show so much that he was trying to find reasons to KEEP it, but you still act like he is an idiot that doesn't know what he's talking about.

"John Landgraf is a fucking moron." Or the AV Club just took a bunch of random quotes and editorialized the shit out of it.

Usually earlier
I feel like Showtime usually renews this show earlier than an episode until the season finale. I figured they were too stupid to end the series with a bang (see: every other show on Showtime), but I had just the slightest hope that maybe this would be the end.

Interview…
"I had just made a deal with Fox, a film and television deal, and had thought about what it would be like to come back to TV. And I can't lie, there was one person on my mind that I wanted to do that with, and it was Joss."

Uhhh
"spurred by her recent topless pleas to a concert audience to help her not "be controversial anymore." "

Argh
I'm reading these over a year after you wrote them so I imagine this comment will go unseen, but it's really disappointing to read you talk about what is important or not important in season 3. I haven't seen that season yet, but now I know Hearst is a monster and will become the focus and Cy being gutted doesn't

My bad
I forgot to watch a single episode of this season, despite having many of the cast on my RSS feed posting about it weekly. I haven't seen it since it was on thewb.com, but I'm really glad a 3rd season is coming and the episodes are still 10 minutes long (for some reason I thought this followed Delocated in

The mash up
I thought the Police / Mancini mashup was godawful. It's probably the reason I hate mashups to this day.

After The Invention of Lying, I went into this thinking it would be terrible and I'd stop watching halfway through. I did get to the end, but it was only thanks to the excess of gravity bong hits I took in the middle.
