"My wife, she can't drive either, worst driver in the world. Just last week she hit a tree. She said it wasn't her fault, that she blew the horn." - Rodney Dangerfield

Absolutely!

There's occasionally a guy out by the road waving a big '$5 HOT AND READY PIZZA' sign.

I use aluminum foil instead of a lid, one less thing to wash.

Liked for J-Zone.

Weird, I was listening to Da Capo in my car on my way to work this morning.

Enjoy! They are great live.

I'm gonna have to listen to that, with all the acclaim it's getting. I haven't been able to get into any of Mann's solo work, except for the Magnolia soundtrack, which is outstanding.

There's a cookie/ice cream place called Cream I went to in San Jose, CA. I asked what was good or popular, and they recommended salted caramel ice cream between two snickerdoodle cookies. I got that, and it was SO GOOD.

For some strange reason, The Hot Rock never clicked with me. The only track from there I totally liked was 'The End of You'. I've heard them do 'Get Up' a few times live, and it still doesn't really grab me. *shrugs*

This album was my gateway to S-K. I remember all the music magazines were writing this up as one of the best albums of '97 - I was in college, and I remember going to the music store in town and listening to it on one of the CD players (remember when they let you listen to an album before you could buy it?). I liked

I like AHOTBO just fine, has quite a few good tunes on there.

Yeah, but like, both Hulu and Netflix have all the Archer seasons already.

"First of all, it's Y-Y-Zed…"

Also, the Butthole Surfers' Locust Abortion Technician. (hee hee)

I saw Local H open for Gravity Kills circa '96-'97. I knew nothing about them, it was before they made it on the radio for 'Bound For the Floor'. They won the night, they were awesome.

I'm not good at reviewing music or movies most of the time, but everyone should check out Xenia Rubinos. Both of her albums are good, reminiscent of St. Vincent, with a little more funk and R&B. I saw her last night and she was really good. Both her albums got reviewed by Pitchfork if you want more info.

"I'm gettin' a little low on the blood front."

Jealous of that Pissed Jeans show. They don't seem to tour that often (I think they all have day jobs).

"Yeaaahhh……I wasn't really dead."
