I like that Robot Chicken sketch where they show scenes from a remade Jaws, and it's got scenes like:

And don't forget that girl halfway in the shark's mouth, crying and screaming for help - it's like the shark is displaying her to the rest of the survivors, as if to mock them.
Sleater-Kinney's One Beat. I don't know who did the artwork, but it just isn't very good.
You should've seen what they originally wanted!
Oh, that's the toilet, right? Agreed.
Yep.
They reunited this year.
I was thinking Justin Timberlake.
I liked Sharks Can't Sleep too, also Tell It To the Sky.
She's on one of their concert DVD's - I saw a clip of it in a music store years ago.
I guess I liked this song for a minute - I bought The Burdens of Being Upright for like a dollar but it wasn't very good - but now I don't. She was one of these angry females that sprung up due to Alanis Morisette's success (Meredith Brooks, Poe, etc fit here too). I went to the Lilith Fair the first year, Tracy was…
Righteous Brothers.
Good choice on 'Fantasy' as an entrance song. I love that freakin' song.
Great news, I really liked Further. And I finally got to see them live, at Coachella in 2011. Man, it was amazing - they opened with 'Galvanize', and people were throwing handfuls of glow sticks everywhere.
The standout track for me is 'Slip Slide Melting' by For Love Not Lisa. That song is still a staple on my jogging playlist.

I was a huge fan of Liz in high school, and even though she was touring to support her mostly-bad self-titled album, I had only seen her once before (on the Lilith Fair a few years earlier) and wanted to see her…
Too Much Joy and Material Issue? That is awesome, I would've loved to have seen both of those bands.
I had tickets to that Nine Inch Nails show too! Was upset they cancelled, but that same day my Dad said he was able to get lawn tickets for R.E.M. in Kansas City, so that made up for it (the morning they went on sale, we couldn't get through the phones were busy, we thought it was sold out).
I live in MO, and I remember hearing about that show. Man, I wish I had gone, just to see RATM.
I saw Gravity Kills at a small club here in town around the height of their popularity. They were good, but one of the openers was Local H, who were awesome. This was before 'Bound For the Floor' became a small hit for them. I became a fan of them that night.
