There are a lot of lost gems in the SST catalog. A few great but forgotten artists on the roster:
-ZOOGZ RIFT: bizarre, misanthropic, noise/jazz/pop fusion
-PAPER BAG: completely improvised, largely instrumental art rock
-ROGER MANNING: first generation antifolk
-KIRK KELLY: ditto
-BLIND IDIOT GOD: instrumental hardcore…

"Christmas In Tattertown," a one-off special that Ralph Bakshi directed for Nickelodeon, is a pretty great one.  I was hoping it'd get a mention. Oh well.
